I really enjoy Broga® at Namaskar. It is one of my favourite classes and (Shelley) is an excellent instructor keeping it fun and a great workout all at the same time. The studio is great and it’s always a pleasure to attend any of the classes at Namaskar yoga.
I absolutely loved the new Broga class offered by Shelley at Namaskar Yoga!
